Tim Neptune- Strategist, Leadership Coach
Tim Neptune is the CEO of Leadership Outreach and serves as a Strategy Facilitator and Leadership Coach. He received his B.S. in Business Management from Liberty University with continuing education from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. He served in pastoral ministry for nearly twenty years most recently as the Sr. Pastor at First Baptist Church of Marco Island, FL. He has been involved in nearly all aspects of Christian ministry including church planting, Christian schools, radio station management, fundraising, and facility construction. Dan Jarvis- Strategist
Dan Jarvis has served churches and non-profits with leadership, communication, and strategic input since 1997. His experiences include leading the church ministry division of Life Action, a large non-profit that assists churches in growing a healthy, spiritually-alive culture; serving as a leader of mission advancement for an international mission agency, India Gospel League; pastoring for more than 12 years in Ohio and Florida; and teaching the Bible in scores of churches and conferences across North America. Dan also serves as managing editor for Revive Magazine, a quarterly publication that helps believers seek God and His kingdom. He and his wife Melissa have served as foster parents to more than 33 children, including the 6 they have adopted. Their passion is to see families, churches, and communities transformed by God’s power and love. Dan grew up in Ohio, earned his undergraduate degree from Moody Bible Institute and Master of Divinity in Pastoral Leadership from Liberty Theological Seminary. He is the author of Commissioned: How God is Changing Lives, Transforming Nations and Involving You (IGL: 2014), a book that explores the exponential church growth in South Asia. Jean Cholka- Leadership Coach- Board Member
Jean Cholka has 30+ years of diverse global leadership experience in noteworthy organizations such as AT&T, Sears, Kanbay Inc. and Freeborders, Inc. Her leadership experience includes serving as CEO, head of Human Resources and many other general management roles. She has had responsibility for global organizations spanning the U.S., Europe and Asia. Her extensive travel has enabled her to appreciate and work effectively with different cultures and customs. Jean obtained her B.S. from Cardinal Stitch College and has been honored by the Chicago Business Ledger with the Influential Women in Business award. She has completed numerous executive development programs including The Aspen Institute, Change Leadership Certification, Advanced HR Executive program at the University of Michigan and Breakthrough Leadership- Noel Tichy. Jean’s greatest strengths are her leadership skills, enthusiasm, commitment, and track record of building high performing teams. Equally important, Jean enjoys a challenge, especially helping organizations and people achieve their potential. Jean lives in Marco Island, FL with her husband. She is involved in her church and several community organizations to foster education. When not working, Jean enjoys boating, golf, reading, along with sharing experiences with family and friends.
Fernando Facioli- School of Leadership, Director
Brazilian Mission, Pastor
Pastor Fernando Facioli serves as a certified strategic planner for Leadership Outreach. Being tri-lingual, Fernando works as our Spanish and Portuguese translator for our international clients. With a background in both business and ministry, Pastor Fernando adds tremendous value to our clients who are involved in church start-ups, church planting, and global missions.
Born and raised in Sao Paulo, Brazil, he and his wife Priscilla have been married since 2003 and came to the United States in 2006. They have two children: Samuel and Sarah.
Fernando has been involved in Church Planting since 2007 and in the training of pastors and leaders since 2011. He has a passion for coaching and educating untrained pastors in areas unserved by local seminaries. Currently Fernando is focusing on developing leaders and pastors on the banks of the west Amazon basin in Brazil. Fernando serves as a member of the Board of Amazon Vision Ministries. He also pastors a Brazilian church in Naples, Florida
Eugene Mathews joined the Leadership Outreach Board of Directors in October, 2014
Eugene Mathews is the Managing Director of Cisco Systems Global Business Transformation Architecture Group within Advanced Collaboration Technologies, which is dedicated to the advancement of Emerging Customer Collaboration and Social Network solutions as the prime way to further the success of Cisco’s largest franchise customers. In the role, he is further accountable for Worldwide Sales of Cisco’s Customer Interaction Solutions portfolio and is an active member of the CIS Board responsible for incubation and introducing next-generation technologies.
Eugene has 30 years of experience in the software and communications industry, combining strong technical skills with extensive business experience in Financial Services, Retail, Service Provider and High Tech industries. He has held leadership positions in Sales, Technical Marketing and Solution Development at Rockwell, and AT&T where he developed the strategy that uniquely differentiated AT&T customer care solutions, leading to the #1 global and market leadership position.
Eugene has created new innovations, has authored and holds 41 key patents related to consumer experience and technology convergence platforms that have been fundamental to industry progress. As an innovator, he was recognized for significant sales and commercially successful patents and was named as one of AT&T’s “Top Innovators” by the head of Bell Laboratories, Dan Stanzione.
Eugene is based in Miami and resides in Marco Island, Florida with his wife and son.
Mary Traudt- Treasurer
Mary Traudt serves as the CFO and Treasurer of Leadership Outreach. Mary attended Omaha University where she majored in Business and Accounting. Before retiring, Mary served as the Administrative Vice President of the Lozier Corporation and as owner/operator of the Super Bee Orchard in Fort Calhoun, NE. Mary has served many nonprofit organizations as treasurer and comptroller. She resides in Marco Island, FL
Kelly Fischer- Director of Administration
Kelly Fischer serves as the Director of Administration and as the Executive Assistant to the CEO. Prior to this she served as the Executive Assistant to the Sr. Pastor at First Baptist Church of Marco Island, FL. Her early career was focused in the finance and banking industry where she held multiple roles throughout the years. Originally from the Pacific Northwest, Kelly and her family have lived in Naples, FL, for over ten years.
